What is the minimum order quantity?

Just 1 piece! We offer true single-piece custom silk scarf printing with no order minimums, as well as volume discounts for bulk corporate and event orders (6–49 and 50+ units).

What silk & fabric types are available?

We offer three signature materials: 100% Silk Habotai (8mm) for classic lightweight semi-sheer drape, 100% Silk Charmeuse (12mm) for luxurious rich drape with glossy lustrous face, and Satin Charmeuse for a vegan-friendly, wrinkle-resistant silky smooth non-silk finish.

How long does production & shipping take?

Standard production is 7 business days upon digital layout proof approval. Shipment transit times once dispatched: United States is 14 business days, and International & Worldwide shipments are 14 to 21 business days on average. All orders include direct real-time carrier tracking links upon dispatch.

Can I see a proof before printing?

Yes — once your order is placed, our graphics team prepares a bespoke full-color digital layout proof for your review and approval before production begins. We never print until you approve.

What file formats do you accept?

PNG, JPEG, PDF, PSD, AI, TIFF, and SVG files up to 100 MB each. We recommend 300 DPI at full print size, and our graphics team can optimize and enhance files to ensure sharp clarity.
